Front of House Team MembersFull-Time & Casual Positions

Mamma’s Italian Restaurant – Redcliffe

Mamma’s Italian is looking for warm, confident and reliable people to join our front-of-house team.

We are currently recruiting for:

  • One full-time Front of House team member
  • Casual Front of House team members

Mamma’s trades seven days a week for lunch and dinner, so applicants must be available to work across a rotating roster that includes weekdays, evenings and weekends.

About the Roles

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive until the end of their meal.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Using the POS and processing payments
  • Providing knowledgeable and attentive table service
  • Serving food, wine and other beverages
  • Managing bookings and guest enquiries
  • Setting, clearing and resetting tables
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable restaurant
  • Supporting the wider team during busy services

Full-Time Position

Our full-time position would suit an experienced hospitality professional looking for consistent employment within a busy, established restaurant.

The successful applicant will be confident managing their own section, providing polished service and remaining calm and organised during busy lunch and dinner periods.

Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential.

Casual Positions

Our casual positions would suit friendly and dependable people who enjoy working with customers and can confidently contribute during busy services.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred; however, applicants with the right attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Flexible availability—particularly for evening and weekend shifts—will be highly regarded.
