Junior Gelato Section – Casual

We are looking for professional front-of-house staff to join our team. Located along the Yarra river, Baci restaurant is a part of Crown Casino since 1997. We are known for our authentic Italian cuisine, cakes, coffee, and dessert.

About the role:

The front-of-house staff is the face of our business. As a casual junior ice-creamery staff you will be working in the ice-cream section for Baci restaurant. You are expected to be well-groomed at all times, wear a smile and deliver amazing customer service to our patrons. Additionally, you will have to

  • Serve customers ice-creams, drinks, and food.
  • Clean up the area at the end of the day.
  • Run food and drinks to the table if necessary.
  • Manage transactions through card or cash.
  • Promote offers and specials to patrons.

About you:

  • Experience isn’t necessary but a willingness to learn and be part of a team is.
  • You have an excellent customer service focus.
  • Available on the weekends and public holidays.
  • You are people-oriented, talented, and a multitasker.
