To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • At least 1 years in a bartender role in a restaurant, club or hotel environment
  • POS system experience
  • Strong cocktail knowledge
  • Valid RSA
  • Attention to detail and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

You will be responsible for:

  • Dispensing bar, spirits and tap beer
  • Crafting cocktails
  • Delivering guests outstanding and memorable customer service
  • Operating daily bar procedures and processes
  • Sharing in the overall duties within the restaurant
  • Contributing a positive influence within an innovative and vibrant team culture
