Rosa Italian is looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our close-knit team in Coolum Beach.

Rosa Italian is a boutique neighbourhood restaurant where authentic Italian food, warm service and a relaxed coastal atmosphere come together to create memorable dining experiences.

With a small, close-knit team, everyone plays an important role. This is a hands-on hospitality role where you'll confidently move between floor service and the bar, so experience running a section and preparing drinks is essential.

What You'll Do

• Run your own section during busy lunch and dinner service
• Recommend food, wine and beverages with confidence
• Prepare beers, wines and classic cocktails
• Support bar service while delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Work closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team deliver great hospitality

What We're Looking For

• Experience running your own section in a quality restaurant
• Confidence preparing beer, wine and classic cocktails
• A genuine passion for food, wine and exceptional customer service
• Current RSA
• Ability to stay organised while balancing floor and bar service
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
