There’s always something happening at Cibaria Manly. From long Italian lunches to evening celebrations, our 350-seat beachfront venue brings together a caffetteria, trattoria, gelateria, bar and event spaces.

We’re looking for people who bring warmth, energy and pride in great service to our front-of-house team. Whether you’re building your hospitality career or ready to bring your experience to a larger venue, there’s room to grow here.

The roles

Runners keep service moving, deliver food and drinks with care, and work closely with the kitchen and floor teams. If you’re quick on your feet, attentive and keen to learn, this is a great place to build your skills.

Waiters create relaxed, memorable dining experiences. You’ll guide guests through the menu, manage your section with confidence and bring genuine hospitality to every table.

Sommeliers help guests discover wines they’ll love. You’ll share your knowledge, make thoughtful recommendations and bring a passion for Italian wine to the dining experience.

Hosts set the tone from the moment guests arrive. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help the dining room run smoothly through busy services.

What you’ll bring

• Full Australian working rights
• a current NSW RSA Certificate
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Clear communication and a warm, professional approach
• The ability to stay organised and work well with a team during busy service
• Pride in the details that make guests feel welcome
• Fluent English speaking skills

Restaurant experience is highly regarded for Waiter, Sommelier and Host positions. For Sommeliers, we’re looking for strong wine knowledge and the confidence to share it with guests. An interest in Italian food and wine is welcome across all roles.

Pay: $33.85 – $44.99 per hour
