Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an
ITSM Process Administration Manager to lead the ITSM Process development for our Federal Government client.
ITSM logs, inventories and documentation, as well as update and respond to client tickets, in line with ITIL processes and procedures.
ITIL certification is a plus. We are looking for ServiceNow Developers for a large ServiceNow Implementation in Sydney.
Improved efficiency of
ITSM processes. ITIL V2 Managers Certificate or V3 Expert. Expert knowledge of ITIL and its practical application.
Field incoming requests from users via telephone, e-mail, Face to Face and
ITSM tool set in a courteous manner. This role is based in ERM’s Sydney office.
They ensure incidents are updated with progress and resolution details in a timely manner using the

Windows 7/10, Office 365, Active Directory and
ITIL, ITSM framework knowledge. This company is an ASX-listed healthcare provider.
ITSM Ticketing tools (e. Basic knowledge of ITIL, Service Desk metrics/SLAs, and mobile device support. Resolves Level 1 and Level 2 issues.
$118,000 - $135,000 a year
ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile Accreditation (Desirable). Previous experience working in an ITSM environment (Incident, Change & Problem Management) is essential.
