About the Role
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience to all customers and visitors. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a polished front-of-house presence will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
• Coordinate appointments and support the sales and service teams
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing
• Assist with customer follow-ups and general dealership support

About You

• Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive experience highly regarded)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
