Client Details:

We are seeking a part-time Japanese Speaking Administration Assistant based in Sydney CBD to provide day-to-day administrative support on a 2–3 days per week basis.

This role will suit a well-organized individual with excellent communication and strong administrative skills.



Responsibilities

The key responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide various administrative support
  • Telephone, diary management, travels coordination
  • Arrange office supplies and maintain office facilities
  • Maintain company databases
  • Undertake ad hoc project / requests
  • Liaising with external bodies as required
  • Any other duties as requested


Your Profile

  • Previous experience in similar role is advantageous
  • Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and in Japanese
  • A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
