IPPUDO Australia is looking for passionate and reliable Cooks / Kitchen Staff to join our team at IPPUDO Circular Quay.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook ramen, side dishes, and other menu items following IPPUDO’s recipes and standards

  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet brand expectations

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

  • Support overall kitchen operations and collaborate with the team

  • Assist with stock rotation, preparation, and daily mise en place


Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills

  • Passion for food and Japanese cuisine

  • Flexible availability, including weekends
