Sushi Roller (Front or Back of House) - Kikuchi Sushi Epping
Location: KKC Epping
Job Type: Part-Time (PT) / Full-Time (FT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, roll, cut, and plate sushi while ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including rice, fish, and vegetables
- Ensure ingredient freshness, minimise waste, and improve efficiency
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in sushi preparation is required
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility with work schedules, including evening shifts and weekends
