Positions Available: Kitchen Staff & Waitress

Kujira, a popular and busy Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Ashfield, is looking for passionate and reliable team members to join our growing family.

1. Kitchen Staff:Cook/Deep Fryer/Chef/Sushi Maker

• Assist chefs with food preparation, plating and packaging
• Part-time/ Full-time position available
• No experience is required, but experienced candidates will be given priority.
• Must be able to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• A positive attitude and teamwork are essential
• Dishwashing duties included

2. Waitress/ Waiters

• Experience in hospitality is an advantage
• Friendly, customer-focused, and able to handle busy service periods
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance
• Availability on weekends and evenings preferred
• Dishwashing duties included
• RSA Required
