About Us

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members (FOH) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
  • Process payments accurately using POS system
  • General cleaning of the restaurant, kitchen and equipment

Shifts, Availability

  • Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends and evenings as a casual position
  • Able to work 2 shifts per week (after-school hours, weekends and/or school holidays)
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week

Requirements

  • Must hold valid Australian working rights
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • No previous work experience is necessary for this role.

Pay & Conditions

  • Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
  • Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
  • Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
