Your New Role

  • Open to Melbourne OR Sydney based candidates
  • 6 month max term contract

Reporting to the Lead QA Tester, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end testing activities across functional and non-functional requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test data
  • Developing and maintaining test plans aligned to project timelines and objectives
  • Executing test cycles, identifying defects, and managing defect resolution
  • Providing regular reporting on testing progress, coverage, and defect status
  • Identifying opportunities for test automation and supporting implementation of frameworks
  • Driving best practice in test automation to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Collaborating closely with developers, platform owners, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • Experience across functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
  • Strong hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray, TestRail)
  • Capability in test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
  • Working knowledge of Java, Python, or similar scripting languages
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
