We're excited to announce an opening for a full-time Fast Fashion Jewleries Sales position at Accessories Stop. Accessories Stop is a dynamic and customer-focused jewellery chain with multiple locations across Sydney, NSW. We're seeking fashion lovers with excellent styling skills and great taste to be part of our team! We offer a range of affordable, high-quality products in a fast-growing, vibrant retail environment.

Accessories Stop Westifield Liverpool

Accessories Stop Westifield Wetherill Park

Accessories Stop Bankstown Central

Accessories Stop Rouse Hill Town Center

What We Offer:

Requirements:

1. Right to work in Australia.

2. A love for fashion, excellent styling skills, and great taste in helping customers look their best.

3. Customer-oriented mindset, readiness to serve, emotionally stable, and engaging personality.

4. Motivated to drive and exceed sales targets.

5. Solid communication skills.

The Opportunity:

1. Can keep everything organised

2. Multi-tasking

3. Greet and acknowledge customers walking in.

4. Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide expert styling advice.

5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

6. Assist with stock transfers and stock ordering.

7. Handle payment receipt using the POS system.

8. Manage damaged stock and warranty claims.

9. Replenish sold items from the drawer to fill empty shelf slots on a timely manner.

Interview Preparation:

We care deeply about organising, sales performance, and multi-tasking. During your interview, be prepared to discuss the following:

1. How do you keep things organised at home?

2. A specific instance where you successfully pushed for additional sales.

3. How you manage your time and tasks during a busy workday to stay organized and act quickly.
