New Store Opening
We are hiring now for our Market City store opening next week. Successful candidates will join for training and set up before the store officially opens.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and memorable shopping experience while introducing customers to the RuRu lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Sharing the RuRu story and introducing our brand philosophy.
• Helping customers choose loungewear, plush companions and gifts that suit their needs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Processing sales using the POS system.
• Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and ensuring the store is always clean and inviting.
• Replenishing stock, receiving deliveries and assisting with inventory.
• Preparing gift packaging and helping create a premium unboxing experience.
• Working as part of a positive team to create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

You genuinely enjoy talking with people and making them feel welcome. You love sharing stories, building connections and helping customers discover products they’ll truly enjoy.

If you naturally appreciate cute characters, thoughtful design and cozy home living, you’ll fit right in with the RuRu brand.

You’ll also:

• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be reliable, organised and take pride in your work.
• Speak fluent English （Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential.）
• Have previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays.

As we’re opening a brand-new store, hours may increase as the business grows and during busy trading periods.

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
