Position: Retail Sales Assistant

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our new flagship store in The Galeries, Sydney. As a face of Paire, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine connections with every shopper.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with in-store sales, product restocking, and merchandising.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support inventory management and stock handling.
• Stay informed on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Supervisors and the Store Manager.
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A friendly, approachable attitude and love for helping people.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong commitment to the brand.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
• Passion for creating memorable in-store experiences and contributing to a positive team culture.
