About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Victoria’s Secret — delivering world-class service, creating inspiring shopping experiences, and representing a brand loved by millions. Whether you’re helping a customer find their perfect fit, sharing product knowledge, or keeping the store looking stunning, every moment is an opportunity to make an impact.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), and as part of the retail industry, you’ll need to be available to work across weekends and peak trade periods.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide personalized recommendations and demonstrate product benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
• Encourage sign-ups for loyalty programs and promotions.

Sales & Stock Management:

• Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and upselling.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain product knowledge to assist customers.
• Help with visual merchandising and store organization.
• Assist with inventory checks and manage back-of-house areas.
