As a Gucci Stock Keeper you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the store through the efficient administration and organization of inventory. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and communicating regularly with management to optimize processes and address any issues proactively.

We are looking for a positive, driven, and highly organised individual who is passionate about luxury, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellence. This role offers an exciting entry point into the luxury stock environment, with outstanding opportunities for learning, growth, and internal career progression within Gucci.

Join our iconic Gucci Westfield Sydney flagship boutique in this full-time role (38 hours per week), working a Tuesday to Saturday roster and becoming part of a team dedicated to luxury, excellence, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Receive and process merchandise deliveries and transfers, ensuring accurate stock tracking and system updates.

  • Manage stock operations, including inventories, ticketing, price changes, reservations, consignments, and VIP requests.

  • Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom, ensuring optimal storage of current and past collections.

  • Monitor packaging supplies, track defective products, and support timely product distribution.

  • Ensure compliance with Gucci's stock management, loss prevention, and operational procedures.

  • Participate in stock takes and investigations of inventory discrepancies.

  • Partner with the sales team to support product transfers, displays, and daily operational needs.

  • Assist with store operations during peak trading periods and maintain back of house health and safety standards.

  • Support the management of Kering Service tickets and product care processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes.
