Direct Chemist Outlet Leopold seeks an experienced Dispensary Technician to join our community-focussed pharmacy. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our valued customers!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all patients, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Efficient Dispensing: Manage the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.Filling and labelling prescriptions under the pharmacist’s supervision.
• Handling Patient Information: Checking details and updating records. Support the pharmacists with patient screening and gathering information for pharmacist review.
• Inventory Management: Oversee dispensary inventory, including stock ordering, rotating, stock take, and management to maintain optimal levels.
• Managing medication audits, reports, and reviews to ensure quality control.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmacy industry.
• Strong pharmaceutical background or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in an additional language besides English is preferred.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and weekday night shifts as required.
