Our passion for crafting delicious banh mi sandwiches using fresh ingredients and authentic flavors has earned us a loyal customer base. We are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Hand / Kitchen Hand to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As a Sandwich Hand / Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and assembly of our signature banh mi sandwiches. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each sandwich is made to perfection, maintaining our high standards of quality and taste. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and learn more about the art of creating delectable Vietnamese sandwiches.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble banh mi sandwiches according to our recipes and guidelines.
  • Handle and prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and condiments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as slicing, chopping, and marinating.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
