About the team

You’ll be joining the Audit team, a large group of specialized Accounting professionals who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

The Audit team empower clients with a deep understanding of their financial position. They don’t just understand clients’ businesses; they explore major opportunities and identify risks beyond traditional financial reporting functions.

What will your typical day look like?

Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

As a graduate in the Audit team, you’ll:
Provide audit, advisory, financial reporting, and accounting services to public, private, and not-for-profit clients.
Apply design-thinking approaches to audit projects
Perform substantive audit testing using data analytics to develop and present annual audit plans and reports.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

We’re seeking final-year students or recent graduates (ideally within two years) to join our graduate program. You may have all or some of the following:

Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Interest in becoming an Auditor
Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
Alignment with Deloitte’s values and inclusive culture
You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant Accounting degree
