About the Role:

As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing Level 2 infrastructure support requests, maintaining critical IT systems, and contributing to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work across a broad enterprise infrastructure spanning multiple locations and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Provide Level 2 infrastructure support and resolve escalated help desk tickets.
  • Support Microsoft Server, Desktop, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Assist with infrastructure projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop your technical expertise.
  • Liaise with vendors for product support and issue resolution

About You:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role supporting infrastructure, or a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience supporting and administering corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative, professional, and accountable team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
