Job Title: Junior Accountant and Logistics Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team and assist with both accounting and logistics administrative tasks. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in both financial and operational aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoicing, logistics coordinating, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Handle logistics administrative tasks such as coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and managing supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
  • Be part of the inventory systems upgrade project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in accounting or logistics administration is a plus but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
