CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with more than 530 offices globally. Our Private Wealth team specialises in the sale of commercial investment properties and development sites, working with private investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support a high-performing team of 17 agents and 5 junior associates. You’ll coordinate property campaigns, auctions, and team operations, enabling agents to focus on clients and revenue.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment, enjoys working in cycles, and stays one step ahead—especially during busy auction periods.

The Opportunity:
Own the operations behind high-volume property campaigns, keeping everything running seamlessly from listing through to auction
Become the central point of coordination across agents, marketing, finance, and compliance
Thrive in a structured, cyclical environment with clear rhythms leading into key auction periods
Partner closely with a diverse group of agents, from junior associates through to senior performers
Build deep expertise in commercial real estate systems, processes, and compliance within a market-leading platform

About you:
Naturally organised and process-driven, with the ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy.
Strong prioritisation skills with a forward-thinking mindset—anticipating needs ahead of time.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including senior agents and junior team members.
Confident operating in a client-facing environment, including auction days and contract execution.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced team.
A proactive team player who takes initiative and is comfortable pushing back where required.
