We’re on the lookout for a passionate and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead our KFC Mudgee restaurant — with an exciting opportunity to take charge of a new store opening later this year as we relocate into a brand-new restaurant. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the business, building a high-performing team and leading the restaurant through an exciting new chapter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Building a strong, positive and high-performing restaurant culture
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders within your team
  • Assist in managing restaurant operations including labour, inventory and financial performance
  • Preparing and managing rosters to support business needs and labour targets
  • Driving sales growth and achieving operational targets
  • Maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness and compliance
  • Creating a fun and motivating environment where your team can thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or Quick Service Restaurants
  • A strong passion for people development and team engagement
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
