At BRICKS 4 KIDZ we provide an extraordinary atmosphere for students to build unique creations and have loads of fun using LEGO® Bricks!

We are passionate about children's education and providing consistently awesome experiences for the kids who enjoy our creative programs.

We are currently recruiting for dynamic and motivated High School students, Uni Students, casual teachers, educators or out of school hours leaders who are passionate about their work to join our BRICKS 4 KIDZ team!

As a program facilitator you will be delivering programs and coordinating a small team whilst providing high quality fun workshops and programs for children aged between 5 and 12 years at various locations across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

This role is a casual program facilitator position who will be responsible with leading and assisting our school holiday programs. We also offer ongoing casual work during the school term in our school incursion, after school programs and on weekends for our awesome BRICKS 4 KIDZ Birthday Parties.

We are looking for amazing workshop facilitators to travel to locations in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This exciting role is responsible for:

  • Creating safe, supportive, stimulating and fun environments for kids participating in our programs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community and
  • Actively encourage and facilitate a healthy team environment

About you:

  • enjoy working with children ages 5-12 with knowledge and understanding of the needs of children in this age group and the ability to positively guide
  • be passionate about kids and education
  • be positive, nurturing, outgoing, dependable and mature
  • have excellent work ethic
