About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and other menu items to company standards (experience in roll-making highly regarded)
  • Support kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and packing
  • All duties performed in the Kitchen must be carried out in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Recipes, and under the supervision and direction of the Kitchen Manager. Employees must not exercise independent discretion in recipe formulation or production planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
  • Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment

Shifts & Availability

  • Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week
  • Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
  • Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Pay & Conditions

  • Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.
  • Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
  • Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Must hold valid Australian working rights
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
