Are you passionate about Korean cuisine and skilled in the art of cooking? SSAM Korean BBQ, a renowned restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne is currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Cooks and Chefs to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in taste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine our menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy kitchen, preferably with expertise in Korean cuisine
  • In-depth knowledge of Korean cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
