Construction Workers based on the NSW Central Coast available for immediate start

Labor Solutions partner with reputable builders and contractors on residential and commercial construction projects across the Central Coast, with consistent work available for the right candidates. We are actively hiring reliable and motivated people for ongoing roles, including:

  • General & Skilled Labourers
  • Hoist Operators
  • Forklift Operators
  • Dogman
  • Crane Operators
  • Traffic Controllers

Whether you are starting in construction, a student, a visa holder, or a tradesman looking for a change, we have opportunities to suit your availability and skillset. Whilst a white card is essential to these roles, any of the following tickets are an advantage:

  • EWP (over or under 11m)
  • Working at Heights
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Asbestos Removal
  • Traffic Control (blue or yellow)
  • Confined Spaces
  • Scaffolding
  • Dogging
  • Rigging
  • C6
  • Excavator
  • HRWL

What’s on Offer

  • $33 to $70 per hour based on employment type and experience

Travel allowance of $21.94 per day

Meal allowance of $19.00 when working 9.5 hours or more

Typical Duties

  • General site labouring
  • Assisting trades
  • Site clean up and material handling
  • Use of basic hand and power tools
  • Following WHS procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid NSW white card essential
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  • Own PPE

Preferred:

  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Previous construction experience
