About the position
We're looking for friendly, customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants and bars at Wests New Lambton. From premium dining experiences in Chophouse Grill and Emerald Gardens to cocktails and wine service in the elegant Marble Bar, no two shifts are the same. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests while working in a supportive team environment.

Duties for this role:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
• Serve meals, wines and beverages in line with premium hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and premium drinks.
• Process transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
• Assist with restaurant setup, service and pack down to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety across all service areas.
• Restock beverages, glassware and service supplies as required.

About you
Bringing your bar and food & beverage experience, you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Previous bar and/or food & beverage experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Professional, friendly and confident in engaging with members and guests.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Enjoys working as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Reliable and flexible, with availability to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

We're looking for team members who are available to work Friday and Saturday evenings, with additional availability across Tuesday to Thursday evenings. These shifts fall during our busiest trading periods, regular evening availability is essential to support our members and guests.

Certifications required: RSA
