Established in 2013, GROUND iNK is a progressive landscape design studio located in the easily accessible north shore suburb of Chatswood. Our studio continues to develop a team of talented landscape architects who are dedicated to delivering highly creative landscape design solutions of exceptional quality. Celebrating over 10 years of professional practice, GROUND iNK has developed a reputation for producing creative design solutions across a variety of project sectors, a great flexible working culture with a commitment to quality while enjoying the process in doing so.

GROUND iNK is seeking passionate and talented Landscape Architects with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience to join our growing and progressive Sydney Studio on a permanent full-time basis. We are looking for enthusiastic employees looking to advance their careers in a collaborative, creative, friendly, team-based work environment that will allow you to hone your design, documentation, and project management skills.

Our studio is currently involved in a wide range of exciting projects spanning multiple sectors. You will be afforded the opportunity to liaise directly with clients, consultants and deliver concept and detailed documentation packages.

We are seeking applicants that present the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal, written and graphical communication skills
  • Excellent concept design and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to adapt and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
  • Revit, SketchUp and Lumion experience will be highly regarded
  • Dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions for our clients
  • A fun, engaging personality that will contribute to the social culture of the studio


The successful applicant will have an opportunity to be intricately involved in the creative design process on numerous large scale projects including education campuses, health infrastructure, large scaled industrial sites, high to medium density mixed-use/residential and public realm projects.
