Position Overview

As a KItchen Hand/Cook at Al Aseel, you’ll work in a fast-paced professional kitchen preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in daily service, ensuring consistency, quality, and cleanliness across all kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Al Aseel recipes and presentation standards.
• Work across different stations (grill, cold, hot, prep) as required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation and food preparation tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred
• Passion for food and willingness to learn new techniques
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work across multiple locations if required
• Food Safety Certificate
