You will ensure efficient legal operations, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with solicitors, internal stakeholders, and franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to solicitors and the Legal Team
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Prepare documentation for franchise agreements, disclosure documents, deeds, variations, and onboarding packs
- Organise and maintain legal files, registers, databases, and document systems
- Assist with compliance documentation, breach notices, termination notices, and formal correspondence
- Conduct preliminary legal research and compile information for solicitor review
- Coordinate legal workflows including renewals, transfers, onboarding, and franchising transactions
- Prepare briefing notes, file notes, meeting minutes, and document bundles
- Liaise with franchise partners, external solicitors, regulators, and internal teams
- Assist with evidence collation, investigation materials, and legal audits
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding tasks
- Maintain confidentiality, file integrity, and version control across all legal materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Legal Team
- Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and strong attention to detail in all tasks
About You You will excel in this role if you are proactive, organised, and committed to high-quality legal support.
You will bring:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and document-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document management tools
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential matters
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Alignment with Francom’s LIEBN Values and commitment to ethical practice
Experience in franchising, legal support, or compliance administration is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Fast-paced environment with real career growth opportunities
- Work alongside talented, energetic legal and compliance professionals
- Exposure to franchising, commercial law, litigation preparation, and compliance frameworks
- Professional development opportunities to grow your legal career
