Join our General Insurance Underwriting team as an Assistant Underwriter and gain exposure across multiple lines of business in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your underwriting knowledge, build strong relationships with brokers and customers, and play a key role in keeping things moving behind the scenes — from invoices and policies through to endorsements and cancellations.

Working closely with Underwriters and Service Consultants, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience for brokers, customers, and stakeholders — ensuring service standards are met and responses are accurate, timely and professional.

  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Insurance experience is a bonus — not essential
  • Confident responding to client and stakeholder enquiries
  • A customer-first mindset and clear communication style
