Support Worker – Join a NDIS Team that has heart

Location: Brisbane & Surrounding Suburbs

We’re doing things differently.

Rather than hiring a team of casuals and spreading hours thin, we’re looking for two exceptional support worker. Someone we can back, promote, and build your hours up. You’ll be working closely with our director as we grow, and we’ll actively market your availability and match you with participants who value consistency and quality.

✅ You have experience working as a disability support worker under the NDIS
✅ You show up with empathy, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
✅ You’re seeking a long-term role with a growing provider who values quality over quantity

✅ You are flexible with what hours you can work
