YOUR NEW ROLE
The position is a first point of contact with potential or existing customers and is fully accountable for providing a full product ticket sales service that includes advice, explanation and recommendations on sales, refunds, exchanges and payments.

In conjunction with the Ticketing Services team, Sales Representatives provide quality services that exceed the expectations of existing and potential customers and delivery solutions in a changing environment through an advanced knowledge and operation of all the functions of a computerised ticketing system.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
  • Delivery of high quality and professional customer services for all ticketing sales channels, modelled from the shared standards of the SOH Customer First Commitment, providing a full ticketing service that includes advice, explanation and recommendations on sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Accurately manage high volumes of cash/credit transactions and a wide range of inquiries that are sometimes complex, need to be actioned immediately or are from quite demanding customers.
  • Use judgement in giving exchanges or refunds, dealing with lost tickets, recommending performances to patrons, seating availability and viewing limitations.
  • Ensure efficient and effective handling of all customer queries, and ensuring that problem resolutions are within established guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge of all products available from the Box Office counter and Contact Centre.
  • Ensure accurate entry of data necessary to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data and information and the complexities of multiple internal/external users.

KEY DATES
Group Assessment Centre

If you are shortlisted for interview, you will be required to attend an in-person Assessment Centre on:
Tuesday 1ST September for approximately 3 hours during business hours. Timeslots will be confirmed with successful candidates.

Interview Dates

Successful candidates from the Assessment Centre MAY be invited to a panel interview within the week of the group assessment. Times to be confirmed with individual candidates if required.

Training Dates

If you are successful in obtaining a casual contract with us, you will be required to attend all of the paid, in-person training dates listed below:
14th -18th September & 21st -25th September

To be eligible to apply:
