Italian Street Kitchen is a contemporary and fast-casual dining restaurant that pays homage to the lively eateries of Italy’s side streets. It is a place where family and friends catch up over a classic Italian cocktail, fresh pasta or a traditional woodfired pizza.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, including profit & loss
- Ability to work inline with company objectives and achieve KPI's
- Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers
- Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to develop themselves and others
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Managing workload and following company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
- Coordinating with the team to meet targets and ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitoring and managing guest feedback
- Maintaining and modelling excellent standards
