About the job

We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist with experience in Aged Care to join our Residential Care Services team on a casual/locum basis in the Singleton region of Western Australia. This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while gaining flexible, hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver clinical care to clients
  • Communicate with residents, families, nursing staff, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners, case managers, and equipment suppliers
  • Prescribe and review exercises, including leading exercise groups
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team and facility management to deliver tailored care
  • Manage daily schedules effectively, including clinical and non-clinical tasks
  • Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities
  • Deliver education sessions such as falls prevention and manual handling to staff

Qualifications & Skills:

  • AHPRA General Registration
  • Clinical skills to perform assessments, treatment, risk assessments, and mentor junior therapists
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Appropriate working visas, National Police Certificate, and NDIS/Working with Children Check

We also operate a Flagship Studio providing Pilates, Yoga, private physiotherapy, and sports physiotherapy services. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of settings while focusing on your residential care caseload.
