As our transport business continues to expand at a fast pace, we're on the lookout for a dynamic allocator to take charge of managing and coordinating our daily transport operations. Join us in shaping the future of our logistics journey!

Key responsibilities

  • Coordination and scheduling: Assigning jobs, delivery routes, and schedules to drivers to maximize fleet utilisation.
  • Communication: Liaising with drivers, customers, warehouse staff, and other transport teams to manage and update logistics.
  • Operational management: Monitoring the transport fleet, tracking deliveries, and preparing manifests.
  • Problem-solving: Responding to urgent situations such as delays, breakdowns, and unexpected customer needs in real time.

  • Organisational and planning skills: Ability to manage complex schedules and resources efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Capacity for quick thinking and effective decision-making under pressure.
