Your Hours

We are currently looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis, with the potential for the role to become full-time.

Monday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Your Opportunity

This isn’t your typical reception role.

As the welcoming face of our Lovisa Support Centre, you’ll be the go-to person who helps keep our office running, our team connected and our workplace feeling welcoming, organised and fun.

It’s a highly people-focused position where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll interact with team members across the business, help coordinate office activities and celebrations, support new starters and play an important role in creating a great employee and visitor experience.

With exposure to teams across our Support Centre, this role is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and looking for a stepping stone into future opportunities within a growing global business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly and welcoming first point of contact for visitors, team members and new starters.

• Help keep the Support Centre organised, presentable and running smoothly day to day.

• Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, kitchen stock, deliveries and general office needs.

• Support new starter office tours and help create a great onboarding experience.

• Bring our culture to life through birthdays, anniversaries, awareness days, morning teas and team events.

• Create internal signage, invitations and office communications.

• Support facilities coordination and liaise with suppliers or building management when needed.

• Assist the People & Culture team and wider business with general administration, travel inbox support and expense reconciliations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised, proactive and loves working with people.

You may come from reception, administration, retail, hospitality or customer service and be looking to step into a Support Centre environment.

You’ll be:

• Confident, approachable and a natural people person.

• Organised with strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and excited to help with office events and team engagement.

• Eager to learn and grow within a global business.

Previous office or reception experience is helpful, but a great attitude, strong people skills and willingness to learn are just as important.
