About the Role

Ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and reliable Machine Operator to join our supportive team in Thomastown, VIC. In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our production process-inspecting bricks, operating machinery, and helping us deliver top-quality products every day.

We'll provide full onsite training and ongoing upskilling, so you can feel confident and continue to grow with us. Your success is our success!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect bricks and make sure only the best leaves our site.
  • Operate machinery and carry out routine quality checks.
  • Keep the workplace safe and clean-because safety is everyone's priority.
  • Support your teammates by lending a hand during breaks or breakdowns.
  • Take pride in maintaining high standards and reporting any issues promptly.

Working Hours

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, with occasional Saturday overtime. Flexibility is appreciated, and we'll always communicate clearly about extra hours.

What You Bring

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in production is great-but not essential!
  • A forklift licence is a bonus.
