The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 Tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fish processing machinery such as packing/cutting machines.
  • Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and conduct basic pre-start checks.
  • Monitor machine performance to maintain product quality and output.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and hygiene standards.
  • Report faults or breakdowns to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
  • Assist with manual handling tasks, such as loading raw materials or packing finished products.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Fresh Food Processing environment.
  • Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Full, permanent work rights in Australia
  • Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
  • Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
