What role will you play?

In this role you will support the Macquarie Asset Management Business Compliance team by providing advice on regulatory matters and helping to manage compliance activities across the business. You will work with a broad range of stakeholders, including business leaders, regulators and risk colleagues, while contributing to compliance monitoring, reporting, training and policy development.

What you offer

Tertiary qualification in Economics, Commerce, Law, Finance or a related field.
Experience in a compliance, risk or legal role.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and apply compliance risk management principles within the Australian regulatory environment.
Ability to review regulatory matters, assess incidents, manage enquiries and support compliance monitoring and reporting activities.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
