We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our Maroota site. If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative maintenance activities on plant and equipment
• Respond to mechanical breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment
• Undertake welding, fabrication, and general fitting tasks
• Assist with plant upgrades, shutdowns, and project works
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
• Complete maintenance work safely and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased reliability
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment

You will have

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Machinist, or Welder/Boilermaker
• Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, processing, or similar environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
• Welding and fabrication experience highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
