About the role

The Manager Maintenance provides strategic and operational leadership for maintenance and technical services across multiple sites, ensuring facilities operate safely, reliably and in full compliance with legislative and organisational requirements. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing maintenance plans, programs and schedules that align with asset management objectives and support high‑quality service delivery across the business.

As a senior point of contact for regional stakeholders, you will lead and support maintenance teams to deliver planned and responsive works efficiently, using data and reporting to monitor performance, identify risks and drive continuous improvement. With a strong focus on safety excellence, customer outcomes and workforce capability, you will build and lead a high‑performing team that embodies integrity, collaboration and a customer‑first mindset while contributing to long‑term asset sustainability and organisational success.

About you

You are an experienced maintenance or facilities leader with a solid foundation in building systems, maintenance practices and regulatory and safety requirements. You hold a relevant degree qualification or offer equivalent skills, knowledge and experience, and you bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach to managing complex operational environments. You also hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check or are willing to obtain one prior to commencement.

You have demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary operational or technical teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and performance. Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and asset or digital work management tools, you use data and insights to inform decisions, improve service delivery and support efficient, compliant maintenance operations across multiple sites.
