Casual Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Synergy Community Services is looking for dedicated Casual Support Workers to join our team and help create a better future for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those living with disabilities and mental health challenges.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
  • Foster independence and encourage social inclusion for clients in all aspects of their lives.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, mental health, aged care or community services.
  • A current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
