About Us:
At Nursed, we are committed to delivering high-quality mental health and therapeutic services within the NDIS framework. We are currently reapplying for our NDIS registration group, Therapeutic Services, and we need an experienced leader to guide our Allied Health department through this process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Allied Health department and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Lead the reapplication process for the Therapeutic Services NDIS registration group
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with NDIS standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing health or allied health departments
- Demonstrated expertise in NDIS registration processes, specifically Therapeutic Services
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
