About the Role:

    Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences within our fishing and marine department.
    Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
    Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
    Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
    Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
    Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
    Supporting in different departments across the store

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with fishing and marine experience to join us at Anaconda Joondalup!

    A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products.
    Excellent knowledge and experience in all things fishing and marine!
    Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
    Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
    Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
