The iconic Imperial Hotel Gold Coast, formerly Palazzo Versace, is entering an exciting new chapter as it transitions to become Australia’s first luxury Hilton hotel. Combining the grandeur and elegance of a world-renowned destination with Hilton’s global reputation for exceptional hospitality, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark transformation. Boasting a stunning waterfront location, the hotel features Italian craftmanship throughout, luxury accommodation, exquisite dining, multiple events spaces, a lagoon-style pool and exceptional guest experiences.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Welcoming Guests: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Guest Experience: Provide attentive service, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Restaurant Preparation: Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the outlet.
Presentation Standards: Maintain high standards of personal grooming and outlet appearance in line with brand guidelines.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

Previous Food and Beverage experience within a similar 5-star environment
Previous fine dining experience is highly regarded
Bar or Barista experience is desirable
Confident communicator
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
