In order to attract the best technicians, we have created a salary package to suit. Your experience will be valued and your remuneration will reflect this. Our salary package will be discussed with you during your interview.

You will receive your training directly from the manufacturer, with some interstate travel opportunities available.

Barbagallo is a large group and there are certainly opportunities to develop your career with us. Our technicians have successfully moved into a number of roles including Workshop Controllers, Foremen, Advisors, Assistant Managers, Service Managers and Operation Managers.

Before applying, please ensure you comply with the following mandatory requirements:

  • Must have formal automotive qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an automotive technician
  • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Be able to work Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
